WE GRILL THINGS.
Our meat is sourced Chilled only, never frozen. Grilled using olive oil, salt and pepper, served with seasonal vegetables. Pair it with our homemade side dishes for an unforgettable dining experience.

Who We Are
A short story.

We have worked in Food & Beverage our whole lives. We cook awesome food, make great coffee, create a great atmosphere, and try to make a story in unexpected places.

Before Kowloon East Kitchen was built, the site was an original location for the manufacture and storage of raw plastics material, an abandoned remnant from the golden age of manufacturing in the Kwun Tong Industrial Area from the 1970s.

"Kowloon East" is comprised of Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Kowloon Bay and Lam Tin. The "Kitchen" is where we master our craft. It is our hope to create a casual dining experience, great food cooked with simple honest ingredients and warm hospitality.
